The Founder of Taekwon-Do General Choi Hong Hi had a 'best ever student' called RHEE KI HA. This Man, an original pioneer (First KOREAN to leave Korea with Taekwon-Do on his Passport as an occupation) was the father of European as well as British Taekwon-Do. Pioneer RHEE KI HA was the first person ever to be promoted to Grand-Master by the founder.
FGMR or better known as Pioneer RHEE KI HA First Grand-Master is the Patron of our organisation (ACE) and has only ever promoted two people to Grand-Master. These are Grand-Master Paul Cutler and Grand-Master Ray O'Neill both of whom are the Instructors of The Chief Instructor of Mystic-Eagle Taekwon-Do, promoting him to 4th Degree Black-Belt and 5th Degree Black-Belt respectively as a part of ACE Taekwon-Do.
