Symbolism

THE MEANING OF
WHITE BELT

White symbolizes innocence and purity — the blank canvas of a beginner with no previous knowledge of Taekwon-Do. Like fresh snow covering the ground, the white belt represents the student's readiness to absorb new teachings and begin their martial arts journey.

At 10th Kup, you are taking your first steps into the world of ITF Taekwon-Do. This is a time of discovery, where you will learn the fundamental stances, blocks, and strikes that form the foundation of all future techniques.

Every black belt was once a white belt — embrace this beginning with dedication and humility.

TRAINING TIPS FOR SUCCESS

Practice Regularly

Aim to practice your patterns at home 2-3 times per week. Even 10-15 minutes makes a difference.

Ask Questions

Your instructors are here to help. If something doesn't feel right, always ask for clarification.
