Stretching & Functional Fitness

Our stretching and functional fitness classes are held directly prior to our Taekwon-Do classes and both as a Casual (One Day per-week) Member, or a full Member (Two Day per-week) you are more than welcome to participate in these on your once a week or twice a week attendance - However If you wish to progress through the ranks and commence a colour belt Journey towards Black-Belt you would need to purchase a training suit - Please see Taekwon-Do Bronze, Silver or Gold and Premium Starter-Packs.

Your regular membership Fee covers you for taking part here.

We offer separate self-defence classes that use highly effective Taekwon-Do techniques as well as teaching the student an awareness that promotes personal safety and confidence both on the street as well as any location in which one previously found oneself wishing that one had learnt effective techniques correctly!.

I.T.F. Taekwon-Do

Taekwon-Do is a modern scientifically designed Military based unarmed self defence system created by Gen Choi Hong Hi for the purpose of self defence.


Taekwon-Do utilises every available attacking & blocking tool to enable the practitioner to rapidly defeat their opponent to ensure their safety or the safety of others.

Progressing through a series of belt grades students are taught all aspects of  Taekwon-Do, covering Fundamental Movements, all types of Sparring, Power testing and the knowledge to understand the purpose of each and every movement taught.


Students soon gain a life skill which is with you at all times, you’ll be taught the elements of our TENETS - Courtesy - Integrity - Perseverance - Self Control & Indomitable Spirit.
